In 2003, Kyle joined his father’s firm, Kollmorgen & Associates, specializing in group health insurance. For 16 years, he built trusted relationships with carriers and local businesses, crafting tailored employee benefits packages. In 2018, upon his father’s semi-retirement, the agency became Kollmorgen Benefits, Inc., a continuation of expertise under Kyle’s leadership. Today, the firm oversees 150 business accounts, managing comprehensive insurance needs.
Beyond his career, Kyle was a devoted family man. He and his wife, Kristy, were proud parents to their daughter and son, Payton and Brecken. The family enjoyed time poolside supporting their children’s competitive swimming, participating in youth sports, community activities, and as members of Messiah Lutheran Church.
